WHAT IS GALLBLADDER..

this is an important thing you have to know about it well, gallbladder is a small sack located on the right-handside of the body on the underside of the liver, Gall (bile) is a greenish brown liquid wich the liver process. Gall is stored and concentrated in the gallbladder, gall goes into the small intestine via the bileducts to facilitate the digestion, mainly of fats everytime we eat some gall is released into the intestines, the bileducts is a narrow tube. Gallstones is formed when the chemical in the gallbladder like cholesterol, calcuim, bilirubinate, and calcuim carbonate are out of balance then gallstone may form.
The gallbladder is a small, pear shape organ located on the underside your liver, it stores bile made by the liver and sends to the small intestine via common bileduct (CBD) connects the liver. The gallbladder and the pancrease to the intestine. Gallstones blocking the (CBD) are lending cause of cholecsystitis. This blockage causes bile to buildup in the gallbladder and that buildup causes the gallbladder to become inflammed . The (CBD) drainage system is the causes of chronic cholecsystitis.
THE TWO TYPES OF GALLSTONES:
1)- (CHOLESTEROL GALLSTONES)=> this may form if there is toomuch cholesterol in the bile, there are the main type of gallstones in the U.K and the U.S.A
2)-(PIGMENT GALLSTONES)=> this form of when the bile has toomuch bilirubin, they are more common amoung patients who have liver disease infected bile tube or blood disorders, such as sickle cell aneamia....
